Ceci, I always had a simple formula to remember my age. I was born in 1950, so I add those numbers up and get 15, then add the 1 and 5 to get 6, then multiply 6 by the correct number and add 10 to the year I was born. So for example, 6 (my prime number) times 8 (my special number for 2008), equals 48, plus the added 10 to the year of 1950 equals (1+9+5 is 15, 1+5 is 6, 6 x 8 is 48, 1950 equals 0+10 is 10, + the 48 we just came up with, and I instantly know that I'm 58! Mom was born in 1952 which is a 0 year plus 2, so I just subtract 2 from my age.
