Clancy

We did it again!!! We got another cat. This one is a year and a half old and his name is Clancy (Brendan came up with the name). He is such a sweet cat. Fortunately, he had all his stuff done and is even front declawed!!! We rescued him and we are so happy to have him in our home. Dugan has such a love for animals so it is wonderful to see him enjoy the cat so much. He always tries to hug Clancy, and calls him "little white furball." Daphne woke up crying last night, she's had a fever on and off for the last few days, so I went up to check on her. I closed her door most of the way, and who came wandering up? It was Clancy!!! He came over to her and then he stayed in her room until I went downstairs after I got her calmed down. It is so neat to see him care for our family. He sleeps on the last step at night until Ben and I put him in the laundry room for the night- it seems as if he is protecting the kids. Clancy has lasted longer than the kitten we had last summer, and he's here to stay, we hope!!!
