Ellie's first day
You've never seen anyone so excited for her first day of school than this little girl! She has her own desk, and a locker for her gym shoes and Dave even let her organize her own crayons and markers in her desk yesterday when we went to visit her classroom. She got to pick what to bring in her lunch today and...surprise of all surprises...it was cucumbers, carrots, ham (but not in a sandwich) and ranch. I can't believe how big she is. I overheard her teacher saying "every class needs a sparkplug", while pointing at Ellie, and I said, "well, you've certainly got one!"
Mallory is really excited to have me all to herself for once and has grand plans of going on a walk, pushing her baby in the play grocery cart, all while wearing the purple sparkle tutu. I can't wait.

We hope you had a great first day Ellie!!! Just wait, in a couple of years you won't be so excited to go back to school. Love the purple!
